3 words to describe your teaching style
Fun. Light hearted. Loving.
Life before yoga
Life was unbalanced, chaotic, full of unhealthy habits; there was a lack of self love and appreciation for this life.
Life after yoga
It’s brighter, full of love & gratitude. I’m kinder, calmer, more patient and tolerant. I feel more connected to myself and the world around me.
Anything on Bravo (especially the Housewives!) and chocolate!
What do you love about yourself
My sense of humor and ability to find the positive in all situations. I’m proud of my compassion & understanding towards others. Kindness is the way…you never know what another person’s story is.
What is on your bedside table
My HydroFlask, a salt lamp, oil diffuser, photo from my honeymoon, journal and Indu lotion.
What impact do you want to leave on the world
I hope I can inspire people to experience love & gratitude on a daily basis. We only get this one life & body…we must appreciate both.
What it is for you: luck, karma or God?
A mix of all 3
If you were an animal, what would you be?
Hmmm…tough choice! Elephant or cat?! I’m going with a cat…a spoiled cat!!
You’re on an island and can bring 3 things. What are they?
My cats (I’m counting this as one thing since I could never pick one and leave the other 2 behind!) my hubby and chocolate.
